Platonix is hiring a mid-senior Content Partner Acquisition Specialist to build a trusted network of spiritual teachers, conscious creators, and transformational educators. This role will own partner sourcing, outreach, closing, onboarding, and activation across India.

Who is a Content Partner at Platonix
A Content Partner is a trusted spiritual teacher, conscious creator, practitioner, or transformational educator who collaborates with Platonix to deliver live sessions, guided journeys, recurring events, and expert-led content. CPs are long-term ecosystem partners, not just content uploaders.
Role Summary
Own Content Partner acquisition in India end-to-end: identify the right partners, build the pipeline, lead conversations, close collaborations, and help partners go live successfully. The focus is not volume onboarding; it is curating aligned, credible partners who can deliver recurring events and meaningful content.
What You'll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of aligned Content Partners across categories such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, Vedanta, parenting, and mental wellbeing.
Lead outreach, discovery calls, partner evaluation, and deal closure.
Position Platonix as a premium ecosystem for conscious creators, not just a content platform.
Drive onboarding and launch-to-first-event activation.
Track partner quality, repeat event cadence, and funnel performance.
What We're Looking For
4–7 years in partnerships, business development, creator partnerships, or community-led growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing pipelines, onboarding, and cross-functional execution.
Interest in wellness, spirituality, education, or creator ecosystems.
Compensation
Fixed + variable linked to signed CPs, activation milestones, repeat-event performance, and conversion outcomes.
