About the Opportunity
IBU Consulting is partnering with a global Tier-1 consulting leader to hire an advanced Subject Matter Expert in DELMIA Apriso MES. This is a secure, permanent full-time corporate position mapped to high-impact manufacturing transformation programs.
If you are a seasoned MES professional currently on an international assignment (UK/US) looking for the right permanent opportunity to transition back to India, or an established expert in the region, this role offers direct technical ownership of enterprise-grade shop floor architectures.
What You Will Do
Drive Configuration & Enhancements:  Own technical configuration, stabilization, and custom enhancements within the Apriso MES platform based on complex plant requirements.
Production Support & Optimization:  Provide end-to-end support, leading technical troubleshooting to minimize shop floor downtime and ensure seamless manufacturing execution.
Systems Integration:  Partner with enterprise architecture teams to map, build, and support core integrations between Apriso MES and ERP layers (SAP PP/MM).
Project Lifecycle Ownership:  Actively lead business-critical project phases including cutover, production validation, go-live execution, and post-implementation hypercare.
Stakeholder Advisory:  Collaborate directly with cross-functional plant stakeholders, supervisors, and IT teams to translate manufacturing process flows into robust technical deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

6 to 10+ years of deep, continuous technical experience working explicitly with DELMIA Apriso MES ecosystems.
Platform Mastery:  Hands-on experience across multiple Apriso modules and developer tools (Process Builder, Business Integrator, Machine Integrator, Global Process Manager, Desktop Client).
Technical Stack:  Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, database performance optimization, and scripting (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS).
Domain Expertise:  Solid understanding of Discrete Manufacturing principles, ISA-95 standards, traceability, and work order execution.
Shift Flexibility:  Comfort working a stable afternoon schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) to align with global plant operations and delivery timelines.
