Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hector, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of e-commerce brands through research, prospecting, and lead evaluation while coordinating closely with the sales team.

Open Positions:

* Internship Opportunity – Freshers / Recent Pass-outs

* Full-Time Opportunity – Candidates with 1+ years of experience

Shift Timing: US Shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
Work Mode:
Remote / Virtual
Candidates must have their own laptop

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect and identify potential brand leads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Q-commerce platforms

* Research and evaluate brands before pipeline addition

* Validate and maintain lead data through CRM

* Build a structured and high-quality lead database

* Coordinate with the sales team for demos and closures

Key KPIs:

* Generate 300–500 qualified leads per week

* Schedule 30–50 demos per week

Requirements:
