What you'll do
Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce clients
Own day-to-day account work: budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and optimization
Track and report performance — ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM — and act on what the numbers say
Partner with the creative and social teams to brief and test ad creative
Work closely with your Performance Lead in weekly reviews; flag risks early, not late
What we're looking for
1–3 years running paid social and/or paid search (Meta + Google), ideally for e-commerce or D2C
Comfortable in Ads Manager and Google Ads day-to-day; you've owned live budgets, not just watched dashboards
Solid with numbers — you can read a performance report and tell us what to do next
Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and coachable. We invest in people who take feedback and run with it.
Bonus:
Shopify/GA4 familiarity, hands-on creative testing experience
