We are looking for a technically strong and experienced NAV consultant for an exciting assignment with one of our clients within retail.
You will be part of a dedicated support setup responsible for L2 and L3 support on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 – a business-critical system used across a major retail chain's stores. You will work in an onsite/offshore delivery model, collaborating closely with L1 support and other application groups to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities
L2 – Application Support
Diagnose and resolve application issues reported by end users
Provide technical and functional advisory on NAV 5.0 processes and tasks
Fix configuration-related issues and perform defect analysis
Triage incoming tickets and determine whether a code change is required
Document resolutions in the knowledge base and communicate findings to L1
L3 – Minor Application Enhancements
Perform detailed analysis of complex tickets requiring code-level intervention
Translate user stories into technical solutions – identifying code changes, impact, and effort
Manage the full delivery cycle:
Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → UAT → Implementation
Work in an Agile/Scrum setup with structured documentation and KB updates
Coordinate with L1 and other application teams upon completion
Your Profile
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (technical)
Strong skills in troubleshooting, defect analysis, and application development
Comfortable working across both functional and technical layers of NAV
Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models
Professional communication in English
Practical Details
Location:
India(Remote)
End date: 31st of December - contract likely to be extended
Allocation: 100% (180 hours a month)
