Roles & Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end delivery and operational management of Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing programs.
Manage learner engagement, assessments, orientations, capstone projects, thesis evaluations, and graduation milestones.
Collaborate with university partners, faculty, mentors, and cross-functional teams.
Build dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
Leverage Generative AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and learner experience.
Analyze learner data and operational metrics to identify trends and process improvements.
Handle learner escalations and ensure SLA adherence across delivery operations.
Preferred Candidate background /Skill Areas:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Operations, or related disciplines.
Experience (5+ years) in EdTech, higher education, learner operations, academic delivery, or program management will be preferred.
Strong exposure to Data operations, Science, AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or technology-focused academic programs.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Macros, VBA, dashboards, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled operational tools preferred.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in Program Delivery or Academic Operations.
Proven ability to lead large teams and scale complex processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with AI tools.
