Empiric are currently working alongside a global manufacturing leader to find a skilled

Salesforce & SPIFF Specialist

with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, development, and SPIFF (Salesforce Incentive Compensation Management) implementation.

The Salesforce & SPIFF Specialist is responsible for configuring complex incentive compensation plans, integrating SPIFF with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and ensuring accurate, scalable, and auditable commission calculations

Skills / Experience

Salesforce Administration and Development
SPIFF (Salesforce Incentive Compensation)
Apex Classes, Apex Triggers
LWC
Flows, Reports, and Dashboards
Sales compensation concepts and commission structures.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
Exposure to middleware tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Boomi) is a plus.

Long Term: 6 - 18 Months plus extensions
Rate:
