DLP Operations Lead

Role: DLP Operations Leadership

Lead day‑to‑day  DLP monitoring, investigation, incident response, and escalation  activities.
Act as the  primary point of contact  for DLP operations.
Drive operational maturity by defining and tracking  SLAs, KPIs, and response timelines .
Assess risk and determine  business impact  of data leakage incidents.
Lead, mentor, and review work of  junior DLP analysts .
Coordinate with  SOC, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams  during DLP incidents.
Handle  business exceptions, risk acceptance decisions , and policy escalations.
Communicate clearly and confidently with  technical and non‑technical stakeholders .
Strong  spoken English  with the ability to lead discussions and incident calls.

Endpoint, Cloud,Inline & Email Security

Hands‑on management of  enterprise DLP solutions  (e.g. Zscaler, Microsoft Purview DLP, Symantec, Forcepoint)
Design, create, tune, and optimize  DLP policies  across:
Endpoints, Email, Cloud platforms, and Network channels
Perform  incident triage, investigation, root cause analysis , and false‑positive reduction.
Knowledge of  data discovery and data flow mapping  across enterprise environments.

Process, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Create and maintain DLP SOPs, investigation playbooks, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of DLP processes, workflows, and automation.
Produce clear operational and risk reports for leadership.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001,– as applicable)
Alignment of DLP controls with organizational policies and Procedure
Support audits, compliance reviews, and management reporting
