We are seeking currently working practitioners, who can bring real-world depth and professional experience to hands-on, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions. Our goal is to ensure every trainee is project-ready and capable of contributing to client work from day one.
Who We Are Looking For
Current Professional Practice: You must be currently employed as a practitioner at a tech or product company.
Experience:
4–6+ years of hands-on industry experience in your specific domain.
Virtual Delivery: Comfortable delivering live, virtual ILT sessions and managing guided labs.
Practical Teaching: Strong ability to teach using real-world examples and production-grade scenarios rather than just theoretical concepts.
Mentorship Background: Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching within a professional setting is highly preferred.
Evaluation
Skills:
Ability to review technical artifacts and code, providing structured, actionable feedback to learners.
Available Tracks & Required Expertise
Software Development (SD)
MERN stack (React, Node.js), Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), Java/Spring Boot, Docker, Git Hub Actions, and GCP Cloud Run.
Data Engineering (DE)
Python, SQL, PySpark/Spark, dbt, Apache Airflow, and experience with AWS (Glue/Redshift) or GCP (Big Query/Dataflow).
Machine Learning (MLE)
Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow/Keras, Hugging Face, MLflow, DVC, FastAPI, Docker, and Vertex AI or AWS Sage Maker.
Platform / Cloud / Dev Ops
Multi-cloud (AWS/GCP), Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Jenkins/Git Hub Actions, and Observability tools.
Key Responsibilities
We will be providing the detailed curriculum and the trainer guides. These resources include all session outlines, slide decks, lab instructions, and standardized review rubrics.
Project
Coaching:
Guide learners through real-world assignments aligned with their capstone product development.
Quality Review: Provide structured feedback on code submissions, technical artifacts, and gateway milestones.
SME
Collaboration:
Partner with internal Quantiphi Subject Matter Experts to maintain quality standards and evaluation rubrics.
Assessment: Participate in weekly gateway reviews to assess learner progress and project readiness.
Engagement Details
Commitment: 10 hours per week with flexible virtual scheduling.
Duration: 6-week engagement starting with the July 2026 batch.
Mode: Fully virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and guided labs.
