What you bring Experience & Leadership

- 15+ years overall with proven experience leading large delivery teams of 20+ engineers as a services or vendor partner to Microsoft Product teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate within Microsoft vendor engagement models including familiarity with vendor governance, compliance, and invoicing processes
- Strong capability to lead and motivate geographically distributed teams in India while collaborating closely with US time zone customer stakeholders
- Active Microsoft V- & BGC clearance Technical & Delivery Expertise Strong up-to-date understanding of modern technology delivery including:
- Microsoft Azure: deep knowledge of core services, architecture patterns, and cloud delivery best practices
• Azure Dev Ops: hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, dashboards, and delivery reporting
- AI technologies: working knowledge of Large and Small Language Models and exposure to agentic AI systems and their application in enterprise solutions Operational & Professional Skills
- Highly self-driven with excellent remote delivery management and prioritization skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for executive communication, reporting, planning, and collaboration
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and product stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, ADO work items, story delivery, and retrospectives

Mandatory

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a Microsoft environment, either as a Microsoft vendor, contractor, partner resource, or as part of a Microsoft-embedded team.
- Prior experience holding a Microsoft Vendor (V-) Badge is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, team performance, and project execution in alignment with Microsoft processes and standards.
