Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced  Project Manager (PM)  with strong domain expertise in  trade lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting (COREP/FINREP) . The role involves driving delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and managing senior stakeholder engagement within a regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management
Lead  end-to-end project delivery  across trade lifecycle and regulatory reporting initiatives
Manage  TOM (Target Operating Model) design and implementation
Ensure alignment with  regulatory requirements (COREP, FINREP, Basel guidelines)
Drive execution through  structured governance forums (Steer Co, TOM Committee, working groups)

Stakeholder Management
Act as a  bridge between business, technology, and compliance teams
Present updates, risks, and decisions to  senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Facilitate  Steer Co meetings , ensuring clarity on progress and decision-making

Compliance & Data Accuracy
Ensure  data quality, integrity, and reconciliation  across trade lifecycle systems
Work closely with compliance teams to ensure  regulatory adherence and audit readiness
Support implementation and governance of  controls for data accuracy and reporting

Risk & Governance
Maintain and actively update  RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate appropriately
Ensure robust  project governance and reporting cadence

Tools & Delivery Management
Manage delivery through  JIRA dashboards, sprint tracking, and backlog prioritization
Create and maintain  project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics
Monitor progress against milestones and drive accountability across teams

Required Skills & Experience
Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
Trade Lifecycle (front-to-back flow)
Regulatory reporting frameworks (COREP, FINREP)
Data governance and financial controls

Project Management Skills
Proven experience in  Agile / Hybrid delivery models
Strong expertise in:
RAID management
Stakeholder communication
Governance frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement
Experience working with  senior leadership / C-level stakeholders
Strong  communication and presentation skills
Tools & Platforms
Hands-on experience with:
JIRA / Confluence
Dashboards & reporting tools (Power BI / Excel preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications  (preferred)

Preferred Experience
Experience in  Banking / Financial Services / Regulatory programs
Exposure to  Basel regulatory frameworks (III / IV)
Prior experience in  data transformation or regulatory change programs

Strong  leadership & influencing skills
Excellent  problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to manage  complex, multi-stakeholder environments
High attention to detail, especially in  data and compliance contexts

SELECTION PROCESS
