As we scale our next-generation investment platforms, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between performance-driven paid acquisition and long-term organic growth. Roles and Responsibilities
Integrated Strategy: Devise and execute a holistic digital roadmap that balances high-velocity paid campaigns with sustainable organic growth (SEO/AEO).
Paid Acquisition Leadership: Lead paid channels (Google Search, Meta, App Campaigns, PMax, and Ad Networks) to meet aggressive monthly acquisition and trading targets.
Organic & Search Optimization: Drive organic visibility by overseeing SEO strategies, including technical audits, content roadmaps, and adapting to the evolving landscape of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the entire conversion funnel—from click to first trade—identifying friction points and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates (CRO).
Creative & Content Management: Collaborate with agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with the BFSI audience.
Data & Insights: Publish daily and monthly performance reports for stakeholders, providing top-level insights on CAC, LTV, and organic share of voice.
Stakeholder & Agency Management: Lead relationships with external partners and internal tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and compliance approvals.
Innovation & Testing: Stay ahead of industry trends, managing beta projects with Google and Meta, and experimenting with AI-driven marketing tools to drive efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
4–7 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the BFSI sector preferred.
Hybrid Expertise: Deep understanding of the biddable media landscape (Search, Social, Programmatic) combined with a solid grasp of SEO principles and discovery-based search.
Technical Toolkit: High proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Google Analytics (GA4), Apps Flyer, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Search Console).
Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to present performance updates to senior leadership.
Attributes: Proactive, commercially focused, and detail-oriented, with a drive to scale quality user acquisition.
