Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Data cleansing of data collected and creation of dashboards for clients
Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Participate in stakeholder meetings and document business requirements
Help model and map current and future state business processes
Conduct market or competitor research to support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with team members for ad hoc analysis
Improve and review CRM system based on business needs and requirements
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
Proficient in data analysis and data cleansing using Power BI/Tableau;
Strong ability to write basic to advanced SQL queries;
Basic CRM knowledge (e.g.Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc. ).
Basic IT troubleshooting skills

Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude;
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in product development;
Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods;
