Job Description:

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency/Skills)
Must-Have*
* (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Handling of multiple data migration programs as solution architect with different sources & targets
Well versed with different PLM systems in terms of data model, available tools & utilities from product vendors for extraction, transformation & loading
Well versed with Architecture of the different PLM products and has experience in proposing overall solution architecure of enterprise PLM systems with data migration

Good to Have

Good communication & presentation skills

Experience of developing POV in consulting & advisory role
Working on proposal and defending with customer

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role*
* Responsible for providing non CAD and CAD data migration solution for ongoing projects
Developing POV to address customer problems
Develop PoC to address customer specific ask or to vet the proposed solution
Create Data Migration frameworks using industry best practices
Support Pre Sales for solutioning
Create tools & components to improve productivity and reduce the data migration efforts & timeline. Leverage next gen technologies like AI/Gen AI for same
Maintain the asset repository & continue to enhance it (best practices, templates, frameworks, tools, components etc)
Develop training material to provide training in data migration
Conduct training for senior associates
