Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer / Technical Lead with 10–12 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and enterprise automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end RPA initiatives, designing scalable automation frameworks, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership, solution architecture knowledge, governance expertise, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end RPA implementation projects using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
Design scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable ROI.
Architect automation frameworks, reusable components, and governance models.
Develop attended and unattended bots for enterprise applications.
Integrate Power Automate with:
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
Outlook
Excel
SAP
Dynamics 365
REST APIs
Third-party enterprise systems
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design workshops.
Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, auditing, and bot recovery mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with security policies, DLP policies, and governance standards.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in estimation, sprint planning, resource planning, and project delivery management.
Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Drive automation best practices, CI/CD implementation, and Dev Ops adoption.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
