About the Role (Overview)
We are looking for a passionate and creative Website Executive to join our team in Mumbai. We
are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website & Content Management Executive to
manage and maintain our brand website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring
smooth day-to-day website operations, updating content, maintaining product listings, and
delivering a seamless user experience aligned with brand standards.
How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)
• Manage daily website operations including product uploads, content updates, and banner
Changes
• Ensure all website pages are updated, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Create and manage landing pages, collection pages, and campaign pages
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for timely website updates and campaign
Launches
• Perform regular website quality checks (QC) to ensure an error-free user experience
• Monitor website content accuracy, image quality, links, and page functionality
• Maintain consistency in website content, layout, and branding across all pages
• Ensure timely updates of promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal collections
• Work closely with internal teams to execute website-related tasks efficiently
• Support ongoing digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives
• Track and report website issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)
• Proven experience in website management, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a
Related role
• Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Shopify and Word Press
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and website analytics
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Experience in managing campaign or promotional pages is an added advantage
