Position Overview
Manager – Digital Marketing, Social Media, website, AI - Brand Building

5–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — SEO/SEM, paid media (Google, Linked In, Meta), website management (Word Press/Webflow), and You Tube/video content strategy
Demonstrated experience running or managing social media channels for a B2B brand — Linked In-heavy, with measurable follower growth and engagement metrics
Experience marketing AI or tech products/platforms — ideally SaaS, AI tools, or professional services firms with a tech identity
Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools — e.g. Hub Spot AI, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Synthesia, or equivalent for content, SEO, and campaign automation
Experience working with or for US-based clients — understanding content tone, messaging cadence, and platform preferences of prospective clients
Ability to manage video production pipelines — scripting, working with creators/agencies, You Tube channel management, short-form reels for Linked In/Instagram
Working knowledge of marketing analytics platforms — Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Linked In Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards

Experience with website performance and CRO — A/B testing, landing page optimisation, conversion tracking
Has built or contributed to a brand narrative around technology/AI — thought leadership content, whitepapers, webinars, or eminence-building campaigns
