Issuer Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp and driven Issuer Manager to join Blockmaze, Finvasia's cutting-edge Web3 platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of tokenizing traditional financial assets — primarily equities — onto the blockchain, bridging the gap between conventional brokerage infrastructure and decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end issuance of tokenized stocks on the Web3 platform, including structuring, compliance alignment, and technical coordination.
Act as the primary relationship manager for issuers seeking to tokenize their securities on Blockmaze.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure tokenization processes adhere to regulatory frameworks across relevant jurisdictions.
Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of issued tokens — from initial issuance through secondary market activity.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of tokenized instruments, ensuring accurate mapping to underlying physical stocks.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for issuance processes, smart contract parameters, and issuer onboarding.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business development teams to continuously improve the tokenization workflow.
Stay ahead of evolving Web3 standards, token protocols (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-1400), and regulatory developments in security token offerings (STOs).
Represent Blockmaze in conversations with issuers, brokers, and institutional partners.

Required Qualifications
Solid understanding of the brokerage and capital markets ecosystem, including how equities are listed, traded, and settled.
Demonstrable knowledge of Web3 technologies — blockchain fundamentals, tokenization concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi ecosystems.
Experience in or strong familiarity with security token offerings (STOs), digital asset issuance, or fintech product management.
Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial and technical concepts simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical issuer audiences.
Proactive, self-directed work style with an eagerness to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a stock exchange, brokerage firm, or financial technology company.
Hands-on exposure to token issuance platforms or blockchain-based asset management tools.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, SEC regulations, or SEBI guidelines as they relate to digital securities.
Understanding of smart contract logic and token standards relevant to financial instruments.
