Digital Media Manager - Programmatic:
Position Summary
The Digital Media Manager - Programmatic will focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You will build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You'll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance, and future programmatic approach. You'll proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners, and customers, on Display and Video 360 (DV360).
Key Responsibility Areas
Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics, supported by data.
Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across all programmatic buying platforms.
Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, and secure approval from clients)
Be the programmatic expert for the client on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
Deploying appropriate technology platforms to find and engage with key target audience segments
Build training materials and best practice documentation
Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights
Oversee the work of one specialist, train technical knowledge and manage workflow
Coordinate assets and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively manage campaign execution
Responsible for overseeing client pacing & performance across digital media portfolio
Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations
Proactively working with client services on campaign set-up and optimization strategy
Work with the data teams to provide analytical insights to the client
Mentoring the junior team members.
Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key account assignments
Participate in new business pitches, etc.
Manage & onboard media publishers
Lead and manage the budget and client billing process
Skills
2 ~ 6 years of experience working in the programmatic digital media buying & planning space with focus a on programmatic strategy and execution
Demonstrates understanding of media basics and concepts
Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (GA, GDS, GTM, etc)
Understanding of optimization platforms & trafficking platforms
Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
