About the Role
As our Growth & Partnerships Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our marketplace expansion. You'll identify, negotiate, and activate high-value partnerships with law firms, legal tech companies, bar associations, and enterprise clients while owning growth strategies that bring more users, providers, and revenue to our platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct influence on how Legal Experts AI scales globally.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with law firms, legal associations, Legal Ops platforms, and enterprise clients
Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow marketplace supply (legal experts & providers) and demand (clients & users)
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns, integrations, and joint offerings
Represent Legal Experts AI at industry events, webinars, and legal tech conferences
Track and report on partnership KPIs, revenue impact, and marketplace growth metrics
Identify new verticals and geographic markets for marketplace expansion

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in growth, business development, or partnerships ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or legal tech environment

Required Skills
A natural relationship-builder who can engage C-suite stakeholders and close deals
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
-you can build the plan and deliver it
Comfortable with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision making
Excellent communicator- written, verbal, and across cultures
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Skills
