We are building a next-generation Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Our mission is to simplify complex compliance workflows, risk assessments, and governance data into an intuitive, seamless experience for our users. We are looking for a talented Front End Engineer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, high-performance interfaces to join our team.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Front End Engineer (React) - GRC Platform

The Role
As a Front End Engineer, you will take ownership of the user-facing side of our GRC product. You will translate complex data sets and enterprise workflows into elegant, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces. You will work heavily with React

JS and modern UI libraries to build an application that is not just functional, but a joy to use.

​What You'll Do
​Architect & Build:
Design and develop robust, highly scalable, and reusable frontend components using React

JS and Type Script.
​Modern UI Implementation:
Leverage modern UI frameworks and styling solutions to create sleek, accessible, and highly interactive enterprise dashboards.
​
Data Visualization:
Build complex data grids, charts, and reporting tools that make dense GRC data easy to digest.
​Performance Optimization:
Ensure the application is blazing fast, highly responsive, and optimized for maximum performance across devices.
​
Collaborate:
Work closely with product, design, and backend engineering to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
​What We’re Looking For
​React

JS Expertise:
Deep understanding of React

JS, its core principles, and modern features (Hooks, Context API, Server Components, etc.).

​Modern Styling & UI:
Strong experience with modern CSS ecosystems (e.g., Tailwind CSS, styled-components, CSS Modules) and unstyled/accessible component libraries (e.g., Radix UI, Shadcn/UI, Headless UI).
​
Type Script:
Solid proficiency in Type Script to ensure type safety and code maintainability.
​State & Data Management:

Experience with modern state management and data-fetching tools (e.g., Zustand, React Query/Tan Stack Query, Redux Toolkit).
​UX/UI Sensibilities: A strong eye for design, animations (e.g., Framer Motion), and an understanding of UX best practices for enterprise/B2B applications.
​
Quality First:
Commitment to writing clean, testable code (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright) and a strong grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
​Bonus Points If You Have:
​Experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms (specifically in GRC, Fin Tech, or cybersecurity).
​Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js).
​

Mandatory

Qualifications and skills:

· Must be qualified as BE in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent

Work Schedule:

· 5 day flexible work schedule with min 9 hours per day for full time

· Weekends are working when there is workload/support issue.

Selection process:
Video Interview and Live test of Coding Skills.

Package:  Flexible. The annual budget for this position is negotiable.
