Veeva Vault QMS Tester​/Validation Analyst

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and executing test scripts across the Veeva QMS Module - QRM and Change Management .
- Develop, refine, and execute test cases aligned with user stories and system specifications .
- Perform formal verification and validation activities across QCA modules, including regression, stability, and data extraction tests.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and executed results.
- Author and maintain GxP-compliant test cases in qTest or equivalent tools.
- Validate dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics outputs for accuracy and compliance.
- Review and approve test cases routed via Qtest, PDOCS or Vera, ensuring alignment with validation protocols.
- Familiar with SDLC and the delivery of GxP Validated systems
- knowledge on testing tools like QTEST, Tosca, Atlassian
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodology

Required Skills:

Veeva QMS Validation Analyst - QRM and Change Management modules
- Strong understanding of GxP, CSV, and regulatory standards.
- 4+ Yrs of experience in GMP validation of Veeva QRM Module.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., qTest, Vera).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
