Must-Have Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing SAP Testing and Test Automation programs.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation projects using Selenium.
Hands-on understanding of SAP automation tools such as:
Tricentis Tosca
Worksoft Certify
Open Text UFT
SAP CBTA
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops practices.
Experience managing QA, Automation, and SAP delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Service Now.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning.
Good-to-Have Skills
SAP S/4

HANA transformation program experience.
AI/ML-driven testing initiatives.
Knowledge of Selenium automation frameworks.
Exposure to CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of RPA solutions such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
Experience managing global delivery teams.
