$120,000 – $150,000 | QA / Automation Engineer (Remote)
Cashen is hiring a  QA / Automation Engineer  to own quality and test automation for our institutional crypto finance platform on the Canton Network.
We’re building the execution layer for collateralized crypto lending and digital asset arrangements between top institutions. Your work will directly protect real capital flows between institutional counter parties.
About the Role
You’ll build our entire QA infrastructure from the ground up — automated test suites, CI/CD integration, and rigorous financial correctness validation for a platform where precision isn’t optional.
What You’ll Do
Design and own automated testing across backend (NestJS), frontend (React), and on-chain (DAML) layers
Build comprehensive test coverage for deal life cycles, interest calculations, state machines, and multi-party workflows
Ensure numerical precision and financial logic are bulletproof before any release
Work directly with the Head of Engineering on a lean, high-impact team
Who We’re Looking For
3–5 years in QA / Test Automation with strong Type Script/JavaScript skills

Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or similar
Background or interest in fintech, financial logic, and precision-critical systems
Excited to build quality infrastructure from zero in a fast-moving crypto/fintech environment

Compensation:  $120K – $150K base + equity
