Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  SAP MDG Functional Consultant  with 7–8 years of SAP expertise and strong hands-on experience in  SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting MDG solutions while ensuring high-quality master data governance processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support SAP MDG solutions for master data governance initiatives.
Manage and maintain MDG processes for  Customer, Vendor, Material, and Business Partner  master data.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective MDG solutions.
Configure and manage  MDG workflows, business rules, validations, and approvals .
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver MDG enhancements and projects.
Support data replication and synchronization between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Participate in master data governance strategy, process improvements, and best practices implementation.
Assist in testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
Work closely with S/4

HANA or ECC teams to ensure seamless integration and data management.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
7–8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in  SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) .
Hands-on experience with  MDG Customer, Vendor, Material, and Business Partner domains .
Strong understanding of  Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Validation, and Data Replication  processes.
Experience in  workflow configuration and data modeling  within SAP MDG.
Knowledge of SAP master data management concepts and best practices.
Experience integrating SAP MDG with  SAP S/4

HANA or SAP ECC  environments.
Ability to interact effectively with business users and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAP S/4

HANA transformation or migration projects.
Knowledge of BRF+, Change Request processes, and Data Replication Framework (DRF).
Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
SAP MDG certification is an added advantage.
