Senior User Interface Designer

What you'll be doing:

Designing interfaces for web, mobile, SaaS, AI, and digital products

Translating business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences

Creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and design systems

Collaborating with clients, product teams, developers, and stakeholders

Improving existing products through thoughtful iteration and refinement

Contributing ideas, challenging assumptions, and helping shape product direction

Building products that users enjoy using, not just products that look good

What we're looking for:

Over 5+ years of experience designing digital products

Strong proficiency in modern design workflows, including AI tools

Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and design systems

A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem-solving, not just polished visuals

Strong communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions with logic and evidence

Experience designing products with real users and real business objectives
