About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a small team of marketers
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for mutiple D2C brands on
Expert in Meta Ads Manager
Expert in  Google Ads
Hands on Amazon Advertising
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver results
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media

Requirements
2+ years of experience in D2C performance/growth marketing (mandatory)
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior team management experience is preferred
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience scaling campaigns with significant budgets
Understanding of attribution models and funnel optimization
