Scope
Support Workday data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
Prepare, cleanse, transform, and load data into Workday using standard tools.
Perform data reconciliation, identify issues, and support defect resolution.
Develop and maintain data mapping, migration, and validation documentation.
Support integration and reporting requirements from a data perspective.
Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Experience & Skills
5+ years' experience in Workday data migration or consulting.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Payroll data structures.
Experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Workday data load tools (e.g., EIB).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in complex, multi-system environments.
