Technical
• MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with Opus EDM / Markit EDM / Cadis (or equivalent EDM platforms) within financial service environment
o SQL and database troubleshooting (e.g. MS SQL Server)
o batch scheduling tools (e.g. Control M or similar)
• Strong understanding of:
o data flows, ETL processes, and reconciliation logic
o production application support in enterprise environments

Support & Delivery
• Clear understanding of L1 / L2 / L3 support model and escalation principles
• Experience in ITIL-based support environments
• Ability to:
o handle high-volume operational incidents (P3/P4)
o manage high-impact incidents (P1/P2) with structured escalation
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability

• Ability to work across:
o business stakeholders
o technical teams
o third-party vendors
• Strong communication skills for:
o incident updates
o RCA reporting
o stakeholder engagement
