Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 8–10 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, Pricing Management, and Transportation Management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP SD business processes, complex pricing structures, rebate management, IDOCs, EDI, interfaces, and integration with third-party applications.
The role requires active participation in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, ABAP, and external system vendors. The candidate should be capable of independently designing and delivering scalable SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD Functional Expertise
Design, configure, and support SAP SD processes including:
Inquiry, Quotation, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements
Sales Orders
Delivery Processing
Post Goods Issue (PGI)
Billing and Output Determination
Pricing and Condition Technique
Rebate Management
Available-to-Promise (ATP)
Intercompany Sales
Stock Transfer Orders
Third-Party Sales Processes
Transportation & Logistics
Support Transportation Management and Shipping processes.
Work on shipment planning, logistics execution, freight-related processes, and service billing.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain stakeholders to optimize transportation workflows.
Integration & Interfaces
Manage SAP integration with third-party applications and ancillary systems.
Work extensively with:
IDOC/EDI processing
Inbound and outbound interfaces
Middleware and data exchange mechanisms
Troubleshoot interface failures and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Development & Enhancements
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.
Work on:
User Exits

Custom Reports
Support testing and deployment activities.
Perform basic ABAP debugging and coordinate with development teams.
Data Management & Migration
Execute data migration activities using LSMW and related tools.
Maintain Customer-Material Info Records, Pricing Conditions, and master data.
Ensure data quality and consistency across business processes.
Incident & Service Management
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
Work with ITSM platforms such as Service Now, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions for recurring issues.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global business users and technical teams.
Engage with clients across Europe and the US regions.
Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, testing, training, and go-live support.
Required Experience
8–10 years of relevant SAP SD consulting experience.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation and/or rollout projects.

Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Cloud Watch, or equivalent.
Experience working with overseas clients, particularly in Europe and the US.
