Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Methods Architect / Senior Manager with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in the web Methods suite, a strategic mindset, and proven leadership capabilities to drive large-scale integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Define and design enterprise-level integration architectures using the web Methods Suite.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions aligned with business objectives.
Establish architecture standards, design guidelines, and integration best practices.
Technical Leadership
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction for integration projects.
Mentor development teams and guide them through complex technical challenges.
Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
Project Delivery & Oversight
Serve as the technical lead for enterprise integration initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within defined project timelines.
Integration Governance
Define and enforce integration standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize reliability and scalability.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay current with emerging integration technologies and industry trends.
Drive modernization initiatives, automation strategies, and Dev Ops adoption.
Recommend innovative solutions to improve integration efficiency and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in enterprise integration, including 8+ years of hands-on experience with web Methods.
Strong expertise in:
Integration Server
API Gateway
My Web Methods Server (MWS)
web Methods.
IO (WM.IO)
Active (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Messaging (UM) / Broker
Trading Networks
Deep understanding of:
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Microservices Architecture
Event-Driven Architecture
REST and SOAP Web Services
API Management
B2B/EDI Integrations
Strong experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and high-availability configurations.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD tools such as Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with messaging technologies such as JMS and Kafka.
Familiarity with hybrid integration architectures (On-Premise and Cloud).
Web Methods or Enterprise Architecture certifications are highly desirable.

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
