We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Data Vinci's CRO vertical. You will be hands-on designing high-converting digital experiences. Landing pages, microsites, and conversion funnels, while bringing a strategic eye to every brief you take on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
UX Design & Execution
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for landing pages, microsites, and conversion funnels.
Build mobile-first, visually compelling experiences that are optimised to convert.
Apply behavioural and persuasive design principles at every stage of the user journey.
Iterate rapidly based on data, feedback, and testing outcomes.
Research & Conversion Analysis
Conduct usability testing, heatmap analysis, and funnel audits to identify friction points across the customer journey.
Translate qualitative and quantitative research into clear, actionable design decisions.
Surface insights that connect UX improvements directly to conversion outcomes.
Strategy & Client Collaboration
Partner with account and marketing teams to understand client goals, audiences, and success metrics.
Present design rationale and UX recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders with confidence.
Participate in client workshops to align on vision and strategy.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with copy, development, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising the design bar across the team.
Share knowledge internally on UX best practices and CRO-led design thinking.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strong design portfolio demonstrating high-converting digital experiences across landing pages, funnels, or microsites.
At least 4–5 live websites you have designed (outside of your portfolio) — we want to see real, shipped work.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of UX psychology, behavioural design, and conversion optimisation principles.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setup.
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital analytics business models.
Background in design thinking and user-centred design frameworks.
Experience leading or managing a UX or design team.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
