Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Word Press Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and customizing Word Press websites, converting HTML designs to Word Press, creating custom plugins, and optimizing performance. You’ll work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and an exceptional user experience. If you're a motivated developer with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build responsive, high-performance Word Press websites.
Customize themes and templates to meet design and functional specifications.
Convert HTML templates into fully functional Word Press websites.
Develop and integrate custom plugins as needed.
Set up Word Press environments, themes, and required plugins.
Manage and optimize website back-end including databases and server-side functions.
Conduct website performance audits and implement improvements.
Create comprehensive admin training documentation (video/pdf).
Monitor, maintain, and update live websites for functionality and performance.
Requirements
1-3years of proven experience as a Word Press Developer.
Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL.
Experience in theme customization and plugin development.
Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and website performance optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development.
Experience with website security practices.
