We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, business process analysis, integration with other SAP modules, and support for end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
Manage end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Configure and support:
Sales Order Processing
Pricing and Billing
Shipping and Transportation
Credit Management
Returns Management
Output Determination
Partner Determination
Availability Check (ATP)
Work closely with business users to resolve production issues and provide functional support.
Coordinate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, WM, and EWM.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Experience in:
Sales Orders
Quotations
Contracts
Deliveries
Billing
Pricing Procedures
Credit Management
Output Determination
Copy Controls
Knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA Sales processes.
Experience with integration between SAP SD and MM/FI modules.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience in SAP S/4
HANA implementation projects.
Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
Knowledge of EDI, IDOCs, Interfaces, and APIs.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
SAP SD Certification is an added advantage.
Educational
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Strong client-facing and requirement-gathering skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to work in a hybrid or onsite model.
