Faxtor () builds custom ERP and CRM software for Indian SMEs — sales
automation, operations tracking, workflow management, and more. We work across multiple
industries including manufacturing, real estate, education, lending, and export businesses.
We don't resell off-the-shelf tools. We build things that actually fit the way a business works —
fast, on a proprietary delivery platform we've built in-house.
Role Description
You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients from project kickoff through go-live and beyond. You'll gather requirements, envision how the software should work — mapping user flows, structuring pages, and defining the experience before development begins. You'll manage developers, ensure on-time delivery, and — critically — identify where a client's business can benefit from additional Faxtor solutions. This is a high-ownership role.
You'll carry both relationship quality and delivery quality.
What You'll Do
Client Management & Requirements (40%)
Lead requirement-gathering calls with SME founders and ops teams
Translate business problems into clear functional specs for developers
Provide proactive weekly updates; manage expectations on scope and timelines
Build strong client relationships that generate trust and retention
Delivery & Developer Coordination (35%)
Break requirements into tasks; assign, track, and review developer output
Manage 5–8 concurrent projects across frontend and backend teams
Review deliverables before they reach the client — catch gaps early
Flag risks and resolve blockers without escalating every issue
Upselling & Account Growth (15%)
Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
Recommend additional modules, integrations, or support plans based on client needs
Work with the founders on proposal inputs for upsell conversations
Process & Documentation (10%)
Maintain project trackers, SOWs, and change request documentation
Build lightweight SOPs for repeatable delivery tasks.
You're the Right Fit If...
You've managed software delivery projects end-to-end with direct client ownership
You can sit in a call with a business owner, understand a messy operational problem, and
walk out with a clear document
You know enough about software to have an intelligent conversation with developers —
and to know when something isn't right
You spot client needs and can frame them as opportunities, not just requirements
You're self-driven — you don't need someone tracking you to stay on top of things
You communicate clearly in English;
Hindi is a plus
Backgrounds that fit well:
BA or Functional Consultant at a software services company
Junior PM at a startup with direct client exposure
Technical Account Manager or Client Success role in a SaaS/software company
