Associate Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is an entry-level opportunity within a global data and analytics environment, focused on transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. You will contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that help teams understand performance trends and operational patterns. Accountabilities

Support the analysis of business problems by working with internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights for decision-makers.
Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visual analytics to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI reports, data models, and visualization solutions based on business requirements.
Help define reporting needs by translating stakeholder requests into structured data and analytics specifications.
Extract, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and business recommendations.
Assist in maintaining data quality standards and improving reporting processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant analytical outputs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
0-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar entry-level role.
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
Familiarity with querying languages such as SQL (or similar tools) and reporting tools like Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources effectively.
Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
