We are expanding our global enterprise business and are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Growth Manager to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive enterprise adoption across North America, Europe, Asia, and emerging markets.

The Role
This is a hunting role.
You will be responsible for opening doors, creating enterprise opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and progressing opportunities through discovery, solutioning, and pilot stages.

You will work closely with the Founder, product teams, and telecom partnerships team to bring innovative customer engagement and identity solutions to enterprises globally.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Hunting & Pipeline Creation
Identify and prospect enterprise customers across priority verticals
Build and execute outbound campaigns through email, Linked In, referrals, events, and partner networks
Develop target account lists and account penetration strategies
Generate qualified meetings with decision makers
Customer Discovery
Understand customer challenges across:
Customer communication
Authentication
Fraud prevention
Onboarding
Identity verification
Customer engagement
Identify business use cases where U2opia solutions can deliver measurable value
Opportunity Development
Manage opportunities from discovery through pilot stage
Coordinate demonstrations and workshops
Work with product and engineering teams to shape customer solutions
Maintain accurate CRM updates and opportunity progression
Market Intelligence
Research target industries and customer segments
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging enterprise use cases
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams

Ideal Candidate
Experience
3–7 years in:

APIs

Skills
Strong prospecting and hunting capability
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to engage enterprise stakeholders

Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
