Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software installation, and system performance.
Handle networking-related issues, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connectivity.
Provide remote support using tools such as Team Viewer, Any Desk, and RDP.
Support Office 365 applications, email configuration, and troubleshooting email-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain antivirus tools and ensure endpoint security compliance.
Diagnose and resolve IT hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist in basic server-related troubleshooting and support activities.
Maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and system updates.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining service quality standards.
