Role Overview
We are looking for a director – technology & management programmes – to lead the design, development, and delivery of our tech and management curriculum. This is a senior academic-cum-operational role — you will own the full program lifecycle from course ideation to live delivery, faculty management, and learner outcomes.
What You Will Do
Design and build courses across AI, Generative AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Product Management, and allied tech and management domains
Define curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, and assessment models for each program
Deliver live sessions, workshops, and bootcamps directly — you will be a practitioner-educator, not just an administrator
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of subject matter experts, guest faculty, and trainers
Continuously update and evolve course content to stay ahead of industry and hiring trends
Collaborate with the placement and partnerships team to align programs with employer expectations
Own program quality metrics — learner satisfaction, completion rates, placement outcomes
Represent Gnixar School of Tech at industry events, summits, and partner engagements
What We Are Looking For
5–10 years of experience in tech education, corporate training, or a practitioner role in AI / Data Science / Analytics / Management
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver courses — not just manage teams
Strong grasp of emerging tech:
Generative AI, LLMs, Python, data tools, BI platforms
Exposure to management programs (MBA electives, leadership training, B-school curriculum) is a strong plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable in front of a classroom or a boardroom
Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a startup environment; speed and ownership matter
Prior edtech experience preferred but not mandatory
Nice to Have
Published courses on platforms like Coursera, Udemy, or similar
Industry certifications (AWS, Google, Microsoft, CFA, PMP, etc.)
Experience building ISA / income-share or outcome-linked programs
