Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with clients to improve business performance and outcomes using the Salesforce platform.
Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-driven customer engagement strategies using Agentforce.
Trusted Advisor
Recommend Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing technical and functional challenges.
Advise clients on the adoption of Agentforce, AI-powered workflows, and integrations with external AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini.
Discovery & Requirements
Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into clear deliverables and user stories.
Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-driven automation to improve business processes.
Solution Design
Define solution architecture, document workflows and use cases, and support build vs. buy decisions for integrations and third-party applications.
Design scalable integration architectures between Salesforce and external platforms, including AI/LLM services such as Claude and Gemini.
Evaluate and recommend declarative versus programmatic solutions using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Scope & Planning
Define project scope aligned with business objectives and provide accurate estimations for timelines and budgets.
Assess technical dependencies, integration requirements, and development efforts related to Salesforce customizations and AI initiatives.
Delivery Excellence
Design and deliver solutions including configurations, automation (Flows), custom development using Apex and LWC, and integrations with third-party systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Utilize Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and Agentic Cloud Code tools to support efficient development and deployment practices.
Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements; identify issues and support resolution.
Validate custom Apex, LWC components, integrations, and Agentforce implementations to ensure quality and performance.
Project Leadership
Manage multiple client engagements, prioritize requirements strategically, and lead solution demonstrations.
Provide leadership on Salesforce solution design, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities.
Client Engagement
Work independently with enterprise-level clients and contribute effectively from Day 1 in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions regarding Salesforce platform capabilities, Agentforce adoption, and integration strategies.
Stakeholder Management
Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Present technical and functional solutions to both business and technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with strong expertise in requirements gathering and solution design.
Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce core data model, security model, sharing architecture, and platform capabilities.
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, etc.).
Proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Declarative Automation).
Hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
Exposure to integrating Salesforce with AI/LLM platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI technologies.
Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and modern Salesforce development practices.
Familiarity with Agentic Cloud Code and AI-assisted development tools.
Ability to evaluate and recommend when to use configuration versus custom development.
Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing consulting environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
