About The Opportunity
This is not a conventional software development role.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build the technology backbone of Kefilo from the ground level.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to develop products, platforms, and digital systems that improve how people engage with nutrition, wellness, accountability, and transformation programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving meaningful problems through technology while helping build a long-term wellness ecosystem.

We want to build technology-enabled systems that make wellness more personalized, measurable, scalable, and impactful.
The Full-Stack App Developer will play a critical role in helping us create the digital infrastructure that powers customer journeys, transformation tracking, engagement systems, data collection, and future product innovation.
Current Stage
At The Current Stage, We Are Focused On
Building our core founding and leadership team
Designing transformation and wellness frameworks
Validating business and service models
Creating customer engagement and accountability systems
Building future-ready technology infrastructure
Preparing the foundation for scale and product development
Equity Structure
Currently, this is an equity-based founding team opportunity.
There is no fixed salary at this stage as our focus is on building a highly aligned ownership-driven team with long-term vision.
Our Process Generally Includes
Multiple strategic discussions to evaluate mindset, technical capability, and long-term alignment
A short NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership, execution capability, and contribution
Long-term onboarding and role structuring as we move toward funding, growth, and company formalization
What You Will Help Build
As Full-Stack App Developer, You Would Contribute To
Customer-facing web and mobile applications
Transformation tracking and accountability systems
Personalized wellness and nutrition platforms
Backend architecture and API development
Data collection and analytics infrastructure
User experience and product optimization
Future AI and personalization capabilities
Long-term technology roadmap and platform scalability
What We Are Looking For
Strong full-stack development skills
Experience building web and/or mobile applications
Understanding of scalable architecture and databases
Ability to convert business ideas into functional products
Strong problem-solving and execution capability
Startup-friendly mindset
Long-term ownership mentality
Passion for technology, wellness, and innovation
Preferred Skills
React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks
Node.js, Python, Django, FastAPI, Laravel, or similar backend technologies
Postgre
SQL, MySQL, Mongo
DB, or other database systems
REST APIs and third-party integrations
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or cloud infrastructure experience
Mobile app development experience (Flutter, React Native, etc.)
AI, analytics, or Health Tech experience (preferred)
