Senior Media Buyer
to own and scale our Meta & Google ad engine.
Must-have requirements:
Minimum 2
years
of hands-on performance marketing experience
Proven work with high-growth
consumer brands
Currently managing
₹50L+ in monthly Meta & Google ad spends
Ability to present
clear case studies
with real business impact (CAC, ROAS, LTV, scale achieved)
What you'll do:
Plan, run, and scale Meta & Google campaigns for app installs and revenue
Own CAC/ROAS and monthly budget allocation
Lead creative + audience testing to unlock new scaling angles
Work closely with founders, product, and creative teams to drive growth
Compensation:
₹5–7 LPA
fixed
+
uncapped performance-based incentives (meaningful upside for real impact)
