Security is core to what we build, and we’re looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about building secure, scalable, and user-centric products.

Seclore seeks an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in managing large-scale data, its architecture, and transforming it into actionable insights, along with strong technical expertise and client-facing skills.

This role involves launching a new product, connecting clients, industry experts, and our technical team to define data-driven use cases and outcomes. Strong communication skills, solid understanding of data platforms and analytics, and efficient project management in complex, data-rich environments are essential.

Here's what you will get to explore:
Requirements Gathering & Definition
Collaborate with security architects, engineers, and compliance teams to gather technical, data, and regulatory requirements, including how large-scale data is captured, stored, and protected.
Translate complex cybersecurity and data architecture needs into clear product specifications, data contracts, and user stories that guide implementation.
Understand end-user journeys and instrument product experiences to gather usage, performance, and security metrics, enabling evaluation of new features’ effectiveness and data-driven decision-making.

Be the Functional Expert
Understand the full Seclore product suite functionally and be the expert for the product modules owned by you, including how they integrate with enterprise data platforms and pipelines.
Know various user personas, their business context, and their data needs, such as reporting, analytics, and insight generation.
Understand the technology environment, including devices, operating systems, browsers, and the underlying data architecture (data flows, storage, APIs, and integrations) that powers product capabilities.

Product Development Support
Partner with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure secure design and implementation of data flows and storage patterns ticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to provide product and data-related guidance, clarify instrumentation requirements, and prioritize insight-generating features.

Security Integration
Ensure security is embedded in all stages of the product lifecycle while balancing observability, logging, and analytics needs for large volumes of product data.
Work on integrating security tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, IAM, DLP,into the product ecosystem and associated data pipelines, ensuring events are captured and modeled for actionable insights.

Technical Documentation
Create and maintain detailed documentation for security features, APIs, workflows, data models, and compliance mappings, including how product data is collected and used for analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between product, engineering, security, data, and compliance teams to align on data strategy, metrics, and architecture decisions.
