Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Infra IT Support Specialist to manage and support cloud infrastructure, database operations, and AI platform services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, MSSQL , and infrastructure support. This role involves provisioning cloud resources, managing CPU/GPU deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing SaaS costs, and providing excellent support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support CPU/GPU infrastructure deployments for AI/ML workloads.
Administer, maintain, and optimize MSSQL databases .
Provision and manage services on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Support and monitor Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, and database-related issues.
Monitor resource utilization and optimize cloud/SaaS spending.
Respond to support tickets and provide technical assistance to users.
Collaborate with development, AI, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Maintain documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Cloud Support, or System Administration.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and/or Vertex AI .
Good knowledge of MSSQL Database Administration and Performance Tuning .
Experience in CPU/GPU resource provisioning and management.
Understanding of cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and cost optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Azure or GCP certifications are a plus.
Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
Location Preference: Mumbai candidates or those willing to relocate and work from the Goregaon office full-time.
