The role
You're our first dedicated marketing hire. You own demand generation end-to-end: paid, organic, and lifecycle, for a two-sided marketplace. You start hands-on across everything and grow into owning the function. The mandate is simple. Move revenue.
It's a one-person marketing team to start. A true all-hats role. You wear every hat early. That's the job, and the upside. High ownership, high autonomy, a direct line to the founder and Head of Product, and real budget behind you.

What you'll do
Paid performance. Stand up and run Meta and Google campaigns. Own CAC, ROAS, and the spend-to-revenue loop. Test fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
Organic and social. Build brand awareness on IG and short-form. Cut your own video and edit images to ship fast. Turn happy customers into social proof. You'll also direct our part-time social interns.
Lifecycle and retention. Email and SMS, repeat-booking mechanics, review replies, app-store reputation. Bring customers back, not just in.
Two-sided growth. Balance demand-side acquisition with supply-side awareness. Both sides matter. You work both.
Measure everything. Own a clean dashboard of the metrics that matter. Report what's moving the business, not vanity numbers.
Your first 90 days
Paid channels live on Meta and Google, with tracked CAC and a working acquisition loop.
Organic social up and running: a steady content cadence on IG and short-form, with the brand voice taking shape.
A clean metrics dashboard the team trusts and reads weekly.
At least one repeatable, scalable channel proven out, with a clear read on what to double down on next.
Scope
You start on our core consumer rental business, then extend to our B2B and host products and beyond. Broad surface, real impact, fast.
Must-haves
3 to 5 years in growth or performance marketing, with proven results.
Proven growth for a marketplace or two-sided platform (supply and demand). This is a hard requirement. Marketplace growth is different, and we need someone who already gets it.
Hands-on with paid acquisition (Meta or Google Ads). You've run and optimized campaigns yourself, not just briefed an agency.
Strong Communication skills.
Proven organic and social growth. You've grown a brand's social presence yourself: followers, views, engagement, with content and short-form video. This weighs as much as paid here. Not a nice-to-have.
An all-hats operator. Comfortable owning paid, organic, and lifecycle, not just one.
Basic video and image editing. You can cut short-form clips and edit visuals yourself, so content never waits on design.
Comfortable owning a number and reporting it honestly. Data-literate. You reason from metrics.
Scrappy, fast, self-directing. You don't wait to be told the next move.
Strong pluses
Experience growing US or Western markets. That's our primary market.
You build with AI tools daily. Our team runs on them. Yours should too.
Early-stage, 0 to 1 experience.
Depth in lifecycle and CRM alongside paid and organic.
