Key Responsibilities
Lead technology strategy and product development across web and digital platforms.
Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of ongoing projects
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, React/JavaScript, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Oversee website performance, security, hosting, integrations, and automation.
Build and enhance content, publishing, media, and audience engagement platforms.
Evaluate and implement AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging technologies.
Manage external developers, freelancers, and technology partners when required.
Should be able to effectively manage communication and coordination between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders/management.
If required, delivering a business presentation with Investors / Stakeholders.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in full-stack development and Dev Ops.
Should be able to scale projects for required traffic
Must have coding experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, APIs, JavaScript/React, and cloud platforms.
Experience building scalable web products and managing technical teams/projects.
Ability to balance strategy with execution and independently drive projects.

Media, publishing, content-tech, or digital platform experience is a plus.
