About the Role
As a Duck Creek Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of conversion and support projects. This role requires a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Duck Creek implementation or upgrade projects (Billing, Policy, Claims).
- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage project risks.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular status reports to executive sponsors.
