Role Overview :
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality lead generation through paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, and scaling while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Linked In Ads
Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with business targets
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS
Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM
Identify scaling opportunities and implement growth strategies
Ensure proper tracking setup (Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, etc.)
