As our Manager of Business Performance, you will be a key driver of our company's growth, uncovering trends and translating complex data into actionable strategies. Here’s what you will be doing:
Driving Strategy: Design and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that go beyond numbers to actively shape our strategic decisions and guide our next moves.
Empowering Leadership: Distill complex datasets into clear, impactful insights that empower the leadership team to take decisive action.
Cross-Functional Impact: Partner across departments on high-impact projects that accelerate growth and improve how we operate company-wide.
Executing Ideas: Work closely with your team to bring strategic initiatives to life, helping the business scale efficiently and intelligently.
Monitoring Business Health: Continuously analyze core KPIs to proactively spot emerging growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Data-driven Storytelling: Present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, transforming raw data into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
Requirements to apply:
An MBA, ideally paired with an undergrad in Engineering.
3-6 years of experience in business performance, analytics, strategy and operations, or consulting (experience in the media sector is a plus but not mandatory).
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau . Familiarity with other BI tools is a bonus.
Familiarity with no code workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to piece together complex data puzzles and tell a cohesive story.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to seamlessly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A highly proactive and collaborative mindset, paired with a sharp eye for identifying business opportunities
