ROLE OVERVIE
WWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of iGTB’s Liquidity Management and Virtual Accounts product implementations for North America clients. Operating from Pune in an onshore-offshore model, you will own end-to-end delivery accountability — from project inception through client acceptance — across a complex microservices-based platform built on Java/Spring Boot, event-driven messaging, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with hands-on appreciation of the technical delivery stack and a deep functional understanding of liquidity structures, virtual account architectures, and EOD/EOI banking operations. This role requires to provide coverage during the first half of EST timezone

ryOwn end-to-end delivery of liquidity and virtual accounts implementation programs for North America clients from the Pune delivery hu
b.Create and govern detailed project plans covering microservice development, API integration, data migration, UAT, and go-live phase
s.Manage multi-track delivery across onshore (client-side) and offshore (Pune) teams, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and timeline
s.Drive sprint planning, release management, and milestone tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologie
s.Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks including technical dependencies, integration blockers, and environment issue

ht Govern delivery of microservices built on Java/Spring Boot, deployed on AWS and Azure using Docker and Kubernete
s.Oversee integration delivery: REST API contracts, JMS/ActiveMQ messaging queues, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka event stream
s.Ensure environment readiness for PostgreSQL/Oracle database schemas, Vault-based secrets management, and Actuator/Zipkin observabilit
y.Coordinate batch and EOD/EOI processing cycles critical to liquidity interest calculations and pool settlement
s.Review technical designs and integration specifications for pooling, interest engine, and virtual account microservice
s.Understand CI/CD pipelines, Maven build processes, and deployment configurations to hold the team accountable to quality standard

REQUIRED QUALIFICATI
ONSEducation & Experie
nce Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA or Master’s preferr
ed.15–20 years of experience in technical program/project management within financial technology or banki
ng.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale transaction banking implementations (liquidity, virtual accounts, payments) for Tier-1 or Tier-2 ban
ks.

dge Strong understanding of Notional Pooling: interest optimization, enhancement models, Nordic cash pooling structur

Cash Concentration: intraday sweeps, multi-bank sweeping, target-balancing, ZBA structur
